I don't get why you voted this one down? In my world, you shouldn't vote an article down unless it was absolutely irrelevant for the general public, the subject (China) or spam?
If you find the article irrelevant for yourself, just don't vote.
This particular article is allright for plenty of expats and people interested in China, so wouldn't say it was either of the above mentioned.
Anyway, I can't tell you what to vote for, but don't trash news that others might find interesting. With the few people voting here, your votes count a lot, so my advice is to think an extra time before you place them.
